Is metal actually the right roof for your house?
Metal roofs last 40 to 70 years against 15 to 20 for asphalt shingles. That is the whole argument, and it is the reason most people who call us are replacing a shingle roof for the second or third time and are done doing it. One metal roof instead of three asphalt ones.
It is also more money up front, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. So here is where shingles win: if you are selling the house within a couple of years, or the budget genuinely is not there, asphalt is the honest answer. We would rather tell you that than sell you a roof you did not need.

We roll the panels ourselves
We bought the roll former after getting tired of waiting on panel deliveries. It is in the building at 66607 US 33 in Goshen, and it is the single biggest difference between us and a company that orders panels from a distributor.
It means panel lengths cut to your roof instead of to a shipping truck. A 34 foot run is a 34 foot panel with no lap seam halfway up. Trim is bent here too, so it comes off the same coil as the roof instead of being matched by eye.
Our crews are our crews, not subcontractors we met last month. And there is a shop you can drive to if something ever needs sorting out.
