There is a difference and you can see it at the seams. Metal is a fabrication trade, not a nail-down trade. Panel lengths, flashing, expansion, penetrations, valleys.
We roll our own Masterlok and Masterrib panels in Goshen and bend our own trim, so we are not ordering to a supplier’s stock lengths. If your roof runs 34 feet, your panel runs 34 feet. No lap seam halfway up.

We look at the roof

We fabricate your panels
Your panels get roll formed at our shop on US 33, cut to your roof rather than to a stock length, along with the custom trim. Nobody is waiting on a supplier delivery in the middle of your job.

We install and clean up
Our own crews, not subcontractors we met last month. Many roofs go on in a single day. We leave the site clean, and the 10 year workmanship warranty starts the day we pack up.
Payment terms vary by job. We spell everything out in your written estimate before any work starts.
We are not hard to find.
Roofing has a storm chaser problem and everybody in Michiana knows it. Trucks show up after a hailstorm, take deposits, and are gone by spring.
