What the panel actually looks like, edge on.
Three quarter inch major ribs every nine inches, two minor ribs in between to keep the flat from oil canning, and 36 inches of net coverage per sheet.
Same panel. Two very different buildings.
Masterrib is the workhorse. It covers a warehouse roof as well as it covers a ranch house, and the reason is the same either way: long simple planes, fast install, and a 40 year paint warranty on every square foot of it.
Commercial
Warehouses, churches, storage, light industrial and agricultural. On a big simple roof Masterrib is usually the right answer on cost and on schedule both, and in many cases it goes straight over what is already there.
We quote off aerial imagery first, so you have a number before anybody is on your roof, and we work around your operating hours.
Residential
Ranches, capes and simple gables are where Masterrib earns its keep on a house. If your roof is mostly straight runs without a lot of valleys and dormers, this is the panel that gets you a metal roof for the least money.
If your roof is cut up, or you want nothing at all penetrating the weather surface, look at Masterlok Lifetime 100 instead, and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
