Roofle RoofQuote PRO
Instant pricing on your address
Why does the tool say "per square" instead of per square foot?
In roofing, one square = 100 square feet. The tool below uses the industry unit (per square). Our website uses the consumer unit (per square foot). They are the same price, just moved by a decimal. Example: Masterrib at $450 per square is $4.50 per square foot, our stated starting price.
What moves the price
An instant quote gets you close. A few things about your specific roof move the final number, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you later.
- Pitch. Steeper roofs cost more to work safely.
- Tear off. Whether the old roof comes off or the metal goes over it.
- Existing layers. Two or three layers of asphalt changes the job.
- Complexity. Valleys, dormers, chimneys and skylights all take detail work.
- Access. Tight lots and long carries add time.
